Hey Reader, This isn’t one of those big dramatic announcements. No changes from what you have come to expect from me but for me this intentional move is huge. That’s what’s happening with this newsletter. I’m moving it from my previous email client (Kit) to Substack. Why? A few reasons. Substack is becoming a place where more and more of the kinds of thoughtful conversations I care about are happening. It’s built for community, and it gives me more room to experiment—more flexibility to play with rhythm, visuals, audio, and comment threads. It also means one less tool for me to wrangle, which is a quiet win I’ll gladly take. Here’s what’s not changing:
If you’ve been enjoying the AHD newsletter, you don’t have to do anything. You’ll start receiving the new issues from Substack directly in your inbox—no need to resubscribe. If you’re the curious type and want to check it out now, you can visit the new home here: Dancing with Monsters- About. And if you’re wondering: will this change what I write about? Not really. But I am dreaming up a few new things—maybe a short-form series, occasional audio notes, or spotlights on tools and frameworks I use with coaching clients. I’ll keep listening for what wants to emerge. Thanks, truly, for being here. Whether you’ve read every issue or skimmed a few and saved the rest for “when life slows down” (I see you), your presence matters. More soon, —Eddie Archer |

Achieve, Heal and Discover Issue #22 A biweekly newsletter for dreamers, builders and creators to achieve (get things done), heal (fix what’s broken) and discover (learn something new). If you are a creator, writer, artist, or dreamer, you need to hear this: Work less. Steal more. I took this away from one of my favorite books, “Steal Like an Artist” by Austin Kleon. The defining principle behind this: There is no such thing as an original thought. Everything created today is inspired by...
