During the month of January I am posting short mental health workouts, 6 days a week. Let's all get emotionally and mentally fit for whatever this year throws at us!
Here is the workout plan:
Mondays- Leg Day!! (Focus on foundation and movement)
Tuesdays- Abs (Deal with gut reactions)
Wednesdays- Chest (Expand our emotional capacity)
Thursdays- Diet (Moderate what we consume)
Fridays- Arm Day! (Push away bad, pull closer to good)
Saturdays- Rest Day (Don't be fooled, rest is not easy)
Join me!
Growth is hard.
It requires expansion beyond our comfort zone.
In planning this year, I encourage you to choose uncomfortable enlargement as often as you can.
Take care!
